thursday is always a good day.either have practical or don have for alt weeks.
lol. practical for 3 hour where u do work for only 1 hr + and spent 2 hour waiting for results.lol. went joggin with yap yap . jog from my hse to telok blangah green then back again.lol.almost died after a damn looooonnnnnnnnngggggggggg time of not exercising. =/
